IN GENERAL, THE COORDINATE FOR SATELLITES IS PLANET CENTERED, PLANET MEAN ORBIT, AND PRIME MERIDIAN IN SUN DIRECTION. HOWEVER, THE COORDINATE FOR SUN IS PLANET CENTERED, EARTH MEAN ECLIPTIC AND EQUINOX OF 1950.0 (ECL50).
